Digital RF - Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Point

F.O.B. The customer being responsible for shipping costs, duties or taxes which may arise due to importation.

2. Prices

Prices are quoted in GBP Sterling.

3. Delivery

We usually estimate delivery to be 8 weeks from the date of; order acceptance, provision of all technical information and provision of commercial information. However, Please note: where required, delivery cannot take place until a UK Export License is issued.

4. Installation

Integration of equipment, where required, will be provided and charged by a local installation company recommended by Digital RF unless agreed in writing prior to contract. No installation services are required.

5. Validity

Any quote offered is valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless extended in writing by the Digital RF Sales Department.

6. Terms of Payment

In Sterling (GBP), 30% down payment at the time of order and 70% balance prior to shipment via Bank Transfer or irrevocable confirmed letter of credit. Payment is required 30 Days from the date of invoice via Bank transfer.

7. General Terms

Except where expressly stated within any quotation any offer is subject to the Digital RF Standard Terms and Conditions of Supply for Apparatus and Equipment available on request.
